Introducing one of the Smallest Extended Shortwave Infrared Camera Core- Aetos™ by Attollo Engineering
Announcing the latest development from Attollo Engineering, the Aetos™ eSWIR (extended shortwave infrared) camera core. With Aetos™ eSWIR you see wavelengths as long as 2.5 µm, which is beyond the traditional SWIR cutoff of 1.7 µm. The Aetos™ comes in two formats: HD (1280 x 1024) and VGA (640 x 512), with a 5 micron pixel pitch, which translates into more pixels on target. Designed with low size, weight, and power (SWaP) in mind, the Aetos™ camera core weighs a mere 221 grams and has a volume of 134 cm³- making it one of the smallest eSWIR camera cores in the industry. This compact size makes the Aetos™ ideal for small gimbals, UAVs, and handheld systems. Common applications include, hyperspectral imaging, machine vision, precision agriculture, imaging though environmental obscurants, and covert illuminated imaging. The Aetos supports multiple output interfaces, including Parallel (16 bit), USB3, Camera Link, Parallel, or MIPI, providing flexibility for seamless integration. The Aetos camera core has day and night laser see-spot capabilities. Additionally, the Aetos is export friendly, holding a US Commerce classification as EAR 6A003.b.4.a.
