Attollo is seeking an Infrared Sensor and Focal Plane Array (FPA) Test Engineer. In this position you will be heavily involved in the test and characterization development of infrared single element diodes and focal plane arrays primarily operating in the eSWIR, MWIR, and LWIR wavebands. You will be leveraging new and existing electronics and FPA test infrastructure to develop tests for characterizing new and existing ROICs and sensors. You will also be involved in the development and testing of infrared diodes and FPAs, and analyzing them to improve image quality, usability, and overall system performance.

Attollo Engineering is seeking an FPA Packaging Engineer responsible for all back-end manufacturing processing, and post wafer (front-end) processing. Critical areas of responsibility include flip-chip hybridization, Lap & Polish, AR coating, epoxy die bonding and wire-bonding. This role requires qualification and calibration of FPA packaging processes, equipment, and tooling. The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering and IR FPA manufacturing in a cleanroom environment and possesses knowledge of detector and ROIC wafer processing. The successful candidate understands the importance of working as a team, optimizing manufacturing processes, sharing best practices, creating work instructions and training. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Attollo Engineering is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Process Engineer. In this position, you will be heavily involved in developing new manufacturing processes (for R&D and Production) for III-V materials (GaAs, InP, GaSb, etc.) for the fabrication of infrared detector arrays. You will be developing and owning new processes as well as implementing and improving upon existing ones. Use design of experiments to come up with solution paths for open-ended customer-driven challenges. Troubleshoot unforeseen issues, suggest and develop improvements to current approaches. Thoroughly document all process steps and train other engineers in their execution. Collect inspection, metrology, and test data and interpret results. Present solutions to internal scientists and management team.
