SCI1920A HD SWIR ROIC (Analog Out)

The SCI1920A is a Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC) for detector arrays with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pitch of 15 µm. It provides up to 120 frames per sec through 8 single-ended analog output channels. The pixel is based on a Capacitance Trans Impedance Amplifier (CTIA), supporting snapshot shutter exposure and low noise correlated double sampling readout.  The ROIC is well-suited for SWIR applications using detector materials such as InGaAs and CQDs.  Attollo can deposit customized metallization stacks for your application.
