The AE1702 VGA ROIC has small pixel pitch and is optimized for SWIR applications.  The small pixel pitch enables small lenses and high resolution.  The ROIC is well-suited for SWIR applications using detector materials such as InGaAs and CQDs.  Attollo can deposit customized metallization stacks for your application.
