SCI640B VGA SWIR ROIC (Analog Out)

The SCI640B is a Readout Integrated Circuit (ROIC) for detector arrays with a resolution of 640×512 pixels and a pitch of 15 µm. It provides up to 120Hz frame rate at a power dissipation of 220 mW. The pixel is based on a Capacitive Transimpediance (CTIA) and has a read noise as low as 20 e-.  The ROIC is well-suited for SWIR applications using detector materials such as InGaAs and CQDs.  Attollo can deposit customized metallization stacks for your application.
