As a ROIC Designer at Attollo Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the design, simulation, and implementation of advanced analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-performance imaging and sensing applications.

Attollo Engineering is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Process Engineer. In this position, you will be heavily involved in developing new manufacturing processes (for R&D and Production) for III-V materials (GaAs, InP, GaSb, etc) for the fabrication of infrared detector arrays. You will be developing and owning new processes as well as implementing and improving upon existing ones. Use design of experiments to come up with solution paths for open-ended customer-driven challenges. Troubleshoot unforeseen issues, suggest and develop improvements to current approaches. Thoroughly document all process steps and train other engineers in their execution. Collect inspection, metrology, and test data and interpret results. Present solutions to internal scientists and management team.

Attollo Engineering is seeking to hire a highly experienced and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Engineer who would play a critical role in the maintenance and auditing of our AS9100 quality management system (QMS). The ideal candidate should have significant experience maintaining an AS9100 quality system, experience dealing with government customers, like the DCMA, and managing quality flow-downs.

Attollo Engineering is seeking a Wafer Process Technician who is experienced in semiconductor fabrication. Experience in a Focal Plane Array manufacturing environment is a plus. The ideal candidate can perform photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition processes. Experience handling small, sensitive optoelectronic components is a plus. The ideal candidate can follow process instructions with minimal supervision and is generally proficient using computers.
